Responsible Gaming Tools
Onyx is dedicated to fostering responsible gameplay and provides a comprehensive suite of tools for users to establish boundaries on their gaming activities. These customizable controls are specifically designed to empower users to maintain a healthy and balanced relationship with our games, ensuring their engagement remains enjoyable and manageable. A user may email Onyx at contact@onyxodds.com to request the application of the limits listed below.
Purchase Limits:
A user may request to place a limit on the maximum purchase of Onyx Coins per day.
Wager Limits:
A user may request to place a limit on the amount of Onyx Coins wagered per day.
A user may request to place a limit on the amount of Onyx Cash wagered per day.
Loss Limits:
A user may request to place a limit on the maximum amount of Onyx Coins a user is willing to lose each day.
A user may request to place a limit on the maximum amount of Onyx Cash a user is willing to lose each day.
Setting Limits:
To set a limit, a user must send a request to contact@onyxodds.com specifying the details of the limit they would like to set. Once a request is received the team will work to process it and implement the limit efficiently and may request a follow up for further clarification. The user will be informed of the implemented limit via email. The limit will not come into effect until it has been fully implemented and confirmed by the team. If a user notices that the limits are not in effect after receiving confirmation, it is the user’s responsibility to please inform us immediately.
Self Exclusion and Account Closure Options
If you want to preemptively exclude yourself from the platform so that you are unable to create a Customer Account, you can email your request to contact@onyxgames.com. The subject should state "SELF-EXCLUDE FROM ONYX" and the email must include your full name, residential address, email address and age to allow us to block you from registering and playing on the Onyx platform in the future. The self-exclusion can only be lifted 7 days after we receive your written email requesting to reverse your previous request of self-exclusion.
We will implement your self-exclusion request as promptly as possible. However, please be aware that this process requires a reasonable working period to complete. The self-exclusion period will officially commence only after we have fully implemented it and notified you. If you find that you can still access the platform after receiving confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately.
During your self-exclusion period, you will not have any access to the platform. If you need to review your account history or information, you must contact our Customer Support team via email at contact@onyxodds.com.
Upon the conclusion of a Definite Self-Exclusion period, your access to the platform may be reinstated.
For Indefinite Self-Exclusions, account reopening is only possible by submitting a written request via email to our Customer Support team. The Indefinite Self-Exclusion will be lifted no sooner than 7 days after we receive your email request.
Once self-exclusion is applied, you will cease to receive any marketing materials from Onyx. We strongly advise that you also seek exclusion from all other social gaming platforms where you have active accounts. If you use social media, we recommend taking steps to avoid viewing or receiving news or updates related to our services.
Onyx reserves the right to exclude you from our platform for a definite or indefinite period at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe you may be experiencing issues with social gaming.
Permanent Account Closure
Onyx respects your right to close your account at any time. If you wish to permanently close your account, please submit a written request via email to our Customer Support team at contact@onyxgames.com.
Onyx reserves the right to refuse service or close a Customer Account at our sole discretion. However, we assure you that any contractual obligations we have already made will be honored in accordance with our terms of service.
